Filled with savory tender crab meat and paired with a zesty lemon Old Bay aioli

A bed of mixed greens topped with cranberries, sliced almonds and crumbled feta with a lemon rosemary vinaigrette

Beet and Radish Arugula Salad
Topped with toasted pine nuts and shaved parmesan with a honey balsamic vinaigrette

Crab Bisque
Rich silky bisque and hints of Sherry, finished with herbed lump crab

Butternut Squash Soup
Velvety butternut squash soup topped with a drizzle of honey infused crème fraiche and finished with
crunchy toasted squash seeds

Hand Cut Filet
Succulent filet mignon topped with a rich, velvety peppercorn demi-glace. Served alongside a creamy white cheddar and gouda blend potato gratin and tender, crisp broccolini $65

Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Loin
Juicy prosciutto pork loin paired with a silky butternut squash puree, complimented by crisp asparagus and a sweet, spiced persimmon chutney $50
